My hydraulic lift valves seem to stick on occasion about one time out of 10. I just finished replaceing the relief valve and rebuilt the lift cylinder. The lift will hold up my box blade for days at a time. I think the valves in the pump are sticking. Question is will the valves loosen back up with usage or do I need to pull it all back apart and clean the chambers and valves?

If you didn't clean the valves and bushings when you had it out, that was an over sight. You will need to do that to prevent sticking. It's amazing what you can find inside the valves...

Put it back together clean with WD40 for lube, it won't stick.

You said 'pump', I'm assuminmg you meant 'hydraulic control' was sticking.

Thanks for the answer Ramrod I was affraid that was what Id hear. I had completely cleaned inside the gear boxes and had hoped that all new clean hydraulic fluid whould flush and dillute anything that may have been left in the pump.
