I got my new cam gear on and reinstalled the head, manifold,Radiator, and front cover. I had my buddy hold a funnel that I rigged to the fuel line and I filled it up with fuel to test the engine since I didn't have the hood on. It started right up and seems to run Good.I had 45lb's of oil pressure at full throttle and 39 at idle. Amps were a little hay wire until I found I had put the jump wire on the wrong top prong on the altenator. I'm going to try to get it all back together tomorrow and drive it. Thanks for all the help!!!

I was starting to worry about you, Haven't heard from you. Incase you didn't see the postings I've been leaving my tapping noise was coming from my fiber cam gear. The center hub was loose and shifting back and forth. I replaced it with an aluminum gear. Thanks again for all your help and don't be a stranger.

Good to hear that solved the issue for you, knew you would get it. Appologies for being absent. I had a bad spell of luck and have been pretty busy with repairs on a couple of vehicles and some plumbing issues that almost drove me batty.

Sorry to hear that but I'm sure a vehicle problem is nothing for a man of your knowledge. Now the plumbing well its just one of those nasty things that has to be done. Good luck to ya!
