Was in Maryland to visit daughter two weeks ago, and made sidetripes to FNH dealers at Selbyville, Deleware and Occomac, Virginia and to Devon who gives his address as Onancock, Virginia, which is where his farm is. Looked to me like both dealers give pretty good support to the old Ford stuff. But, I was particularly impressed with Devon's operation. His prices are not cheap, but fair for good stuff. He has the good later-model
Ford plows, for one example. I also liked the quality of his blue Fords. Devon has just built a new sales yard at Occomac on Highway 13 a few miles south of Ford NH dealer there. I have no money interest in this, but we see this guy's ads in the classifieds here and thought you might like an opinion. My judgement is that he is a way above average small machinery fixer-dealer-trader, who strives to have good stuff. Mike-Iowa

My spelling is incorrect for this town of Accomac on HWY 13 on south end of Delmarva pennisula. Thanks to Phil for noticing it should be Accomac. Mike-Iowa

I live about 25 miles from Devon and have delt with him a few times. I think that was a very accurate assessment of his operation. All the tractors I have seen on his lot have been in nice shape. You probably wont find a steal but you will not be spending a year getting the tractor in good running shape either.

The FNH dealer in Accomac does seem to have good support and good prices on N parts. There is a guy at FNH that really knows the old Fords.

My first lesson learned was when I needed to replace my flywheel ring gear. FNH sold it to me for $22.00 and after several hours of trying to get it on myself I finally gave up. I took it to Accomac FNH... They charged me $9.00 to put it on and it took about 15 minutes. :^|

Instead of Occomac, do you mean Accomac? That's near Onancock, VA.
