I have two 8Ns and a brother that has an 8n. They all run great. Don't need help with them. Trying to get info on a 6275 Deutz my brother has. Hydraulic lift is leaking all it's fluid down into the transmission-rear end casing. It has a cab on it so getting at the hydraulics is going to be an absolute pain. He has ordered books. Still waiting. Searched all tractor forums. Figured my best bet was to ask here.
Sorry to bother all the diehard N guys. Thought a change of pace would do you guys good! Ha!

I can't answer your question...but I know who can. Good friends of mine have been selling and servicing Deutz for 30 years....email me and I'll pass their shop phone number to you.

Actually I told my brother to ignore it. Once the fluid filled the whole rearend, axles and transmission to the top where else could it go? He didn't think my method was a very good one. Guess we wait for the books! When all else fails, read the book dummy. (Dad used to tell me that!)

Yup, that be it. His has a full enclosed cab. Makes it a little tougher to work on but makes it nice plowing snow.
Me and my brother both spend more time on the Ns. He has the Deutz, a Case with loader and backhoe but we still like the Ns. The only thing more fun is a Case 125 Excavator. 2 yard bucket. Sure can play in the dirt with that thing. It can do some damage. We've dug 3 ponds with it in the last 5 years. I only went to the hospital once. Boys and their toys!
