I was just givin a 2 bottom plow by a co-worker. It is a Ferguson with 2 14" plows. My question is, will my 8n have a problem pulling a plow that size? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you plan to pull that plow through sod or clay soil good luck. I had one behind my 2N trying to turn over some land that hadn't been plowed in 25 years. It was more than my N would do even with wheel weights. Then I found a 1-16 and the N broke the sod real good. So consider your soil conditions.
Good luck
Jerry

Thanks for all of the input guys. I already have a 1-16 and it worked fine. I just use the plow to plow up my small vegetable garden in the spring and fall after everything is done producing. I have just been told by people that have used 8Ns in the past that a two bottom will pull easier and straighter than a one bottom.

Your 8n was designed around pulling a plow exactly that size.

It should be able to pull it in most cases, but if you have a lot of roots or heavy clay soil it may have a little trouble with it.
