Russ..... .yeah, you can kinda use your built in hydraulic pump .....BUT..... It only pumps about 2.5 gpm and 1800 psi...AND...you have to chain your 3-point lift arms down to cause the bypass valve to open and you take the hydraulic pressure out the corner test port ...AND... the hydraulics stop pumping every time you clutch because the hydraulic pump is driven by the PTO shaft outta the tranny which stops everytime you clutch. The normal FEL hydraulic pump scheme is to drive it by a shaft from the engine front pully out thru the radiator shell. It runs all the time the engine runs. Most are 10 gpm and 2500 psi. I'm really not a big fan of FEL's on N-Tractors because the front axle system was really not designed for all that extra weight. Let alone the hydraulics issue. But if'n thats all you got and thats what you want and need... But myself, when I need frontend loader work, I go rent one, it'll has power steering, live hydraulics, usually done in less that a day, the killer is the transport time, sometimes, I can negotiate some transport time allowance..... ...Dell
