Here is my 9N... nearly finished. It was a mess when I got it. But now, it needs a few minor details done. My wife and I worked on this together! What a treat!

VERY NICE! Great job on that one. I wish the hood on my 47 2N looked as sharp and crips as that one! Congrats!

Dan,
Grille is aluminum... Hood is not. My understanding is that somewhere around SN 600, they stopped the aluminum hood, but continued with the grille and snap in battery box till about SN 12000.

Anyone... please correct me if I am wrong about this!
