Well, this is way off topic, but wife told me to either fix that durn ole John Deere yard mower in the barn/shop or sell it. So, with garage sale this weekend,, it is up for sale.

It is a 1963 110N lawn tractor.. weren't called mower back then. Daddy bought it new back when I was in high school and I have had it for the past 5 years. Just sitting in the barn with carb off, it was shot. Needs a couple of new front tires and a battery, and a carb.

So,,, putting a for sale sign on it and it is out of here.

Like his ole Farmall McCormick, what is what I learned to drive on... oh well..

Of course, if no one wants it, I get to keep it. :-) Keep em running!!!

I'll try this;
Please excause my humor..but...

A few years ago I sold a 2 acre property. The new buyer insisted that my JD 110 tractor and mower had to be included with the deal. So, I got 139,000 for the tractor and GAVE 'em the property. John,PA

If it's REALLY a 1963, likely it's worth $$$$. Be sure before parting with it cheap!

Look on Weekend Freedom Machines . org!

Thanks for the tips guys, and no where near Flordia,, Fort Worth area of Texas.

I found the orginal bill of sale on it inside the book. Was new September 28, 1965. Has the steel fenders and Kohler 8 horse power engine with the three blade mower deck.

So, guess I will go ahead and put a sign on it.

IF Anyone is interested seriously, my email should be showing now.

Darn, the original 1963's had fiberglass fenders, and a few other differences and are the big $$$ tractors today!
