If you have a Sherman transmission, check to be sure that it did not jump out of gear.

Does it not move in all gears? Did it make a strange noise when it stopped pulling?

Possibly bad clutch, broken drive shaft coupling or broken/sheered ring gear. HTH. Rick

Check and see if the PTO is turning when engauged; that will confirm your clutch is good and the counter shaft in the transmission is turning. The drive coupling is located under the lift cover in the center casting. Someone else may have a better suggestion, but you can remove the lift cover and check both the drive coupling and the ring gear. HTH. Rick
