Got a call today from TSC that the exhaust manifold and related parts had come in that I ordered a while back for my 48 8N. All came in except the gasket. Will have to use another 2 gallons of gas to get the gasket that was their mistake! Hope it will cure the puffing that I have been having. Installed a new 4-nipple coil last week.

I've been looking for an excuse to learn multiple picture posting. If this works credit goes to JIM.UT for his clear instructions from the archives.

Ratface
These are great pictures. Actually, I thought you had taken picures of my manifold! I did build mine up with brazing but I did not file it perfectly flat so still have some leaks. Been too busy cutting my fire wood to work on the 8n lately. I am sure the new manifold will make the little Ford run better.

Great pictures! Have you taken sequences like that of other work you've done? They're better than illustrations in a book!

FarmerDawn, learned it from the folks on this board. Was going to say fellas but realized it may not be gender compatible considering. No, to your question, this is my first sequence but will do it again with my next project. I have been helped immensley by other sequence postings on this forumn and also find them a valuable resource.Folks here love pictures and so do I.

You know, there are several very good sites to order parts from including the sponsers of the this forum.....order on Monday..get all the parts in a few days...usually the shipping is less than the cost of driving. They pretty much all get the parts from the same source....
