Hey Guys (and Gals)
You all have been an inspiration to me so I finally bit the bullet and rebuilt my ol Henry. Here is hopefully a pic of the almost complete tractor. There have been several hard lessons learned and it has been from 4th of July since I turned the first bolt until Labor Day that I turned the key over. All in all I am very pleased with how things turned out - the ol boy purrs like a tiger just as he did 50+ years ago. He is going to be a working tractor here on the farm doing some mowing and garden work and basically just looking good putting around. Went thru entire engine - replaced pistons/sleeves, cyl head as my old one was cracked in 4 places, ground crank, rebuilt oil pump, new valves/springs, axel seals and bearings, clutch pressure plate and associated bearings, new paint job, etc , etc. Thanks for the inspiration and words of wisdom. Also is a link hopeully to the few pics I have loaded - more to come.

Congratulations - you did a great job. I'm currently doing much the same with my 2N. Hope my results are as good!

VERY VERY NICE! You did quite a bit of work in a short amount of time. I really like how nice your sheet metal is - Rustbucket was not so lucky.
