anybody else buy one of those posters that farmerdawn had made up? I got mine 2 days ago and about 2 or 3" of both sides are cut off. I emailed kodak 2 days ago about it and haven"t heard back. I was disappointed cause it would be nice to frame it and hang in the shop with the rest of the 8n stuff. Its not farmerdawns fault, but kodak should do something about it.Can"t use it the way it is.

Finally recieved mine today. I ordered mine as a 16 x 20. Turned out good. As Dawn told me it was formated for that size, that is what I ordered. Don't know if being the bigger size is your problem. Thanks Dawn.

I received the 20x30 in the same condition but it is not the fault of Dawn. It is poor quality control from the other end. I complained to Kodak on the site you order from and they gave me a free second order that will solve the problem. It took a few days for them to respond to my email so don`t give up. The way for anyone to beat the problem is to follow these directions they sent me. "You can avoid cropping in the future by turning off the Zoom & Trim feature via the Advanced Print Options page when ordering your prints. The image will not be cropped, but there will be white borders on two sides if the image does not exactly match the aspect ratio of the print size being ordered. The Advanced Print Options page is accessible from a link at the bottom of the Cart page as well as from the My Account section of the website."
