Hi,
Just start working on a 9N 1940 model. Got her runing thanks to this forum.

Rear axle seal bad, for sure. An I would guess the bearing are in need of replacing.

Question1: should I order this Part No: S.18516 which is an assebly for therear axle and bearing.

Question 2: now that I have the axles out what else should I do/need to complete this work?

Thanks,
9N roy from NC

Roy, I'm curious. Where did you get a part number S.18516 for axle assy. All you need is seal, brg retainer and possibly brg. Also will need a shop to remove and install brg. A good idea to also use a Sur-Seal.

Sorry, I mis-read the question. I do reconize the number as a Sparex number now.

This is aftermarket item. From Tisco the number for a pair is SS 92, if I remember correctly.
