Here is a picture of the ORC guard that I built. It is made out of 2" and 4" ID pipe and the cap will screw off with the large tractor wrench. It is sturdy and works well. send me an e-mail if you need dimensions.

It is rather simple once you remember the sequence.

Instead of using the 'Optional Image URL:' box at the bottom, use html language.

Here is what you do.

type a <, then directly after that type img src="

then put in the internet address (URL) of the place where the picture is.

put "> after this and repeat as many times as you have pictures. It will look like below, only with <&> on ends.

img src="http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1554741&a=11935859&p=42895257&Sequence=0&res=high"

img src="http://albums.photopoint.com/j/View?u=1554741&a=12632297&p=46823783&Sequence=0&res=high"

then you will get this. ..

Excellant, but how do you lube the orc???? I grease mine before every use and sometimes twice in a long day.

I intended to drill a hole in the side of the 4" pipe to insert the grease gun as the fitting would be easy to reach. This would pose a stick your finger in the hole while the PTO is running problem. Adding another screw on cap over the hole or threading the hole for a pipe plug would correct this.

Here is a link to a post when I first made it but before I could get a picture.
If anyone builds one, be sure that the tabs that the bolts go through are at least 1/2" thick. This keeps the 4" pipe from hitting the PTO bolt heads when it is attached.

From your browser's menu bar pick View | Source (for Internet Explorer) or View | Page Source (for Netscape Navigator) to see the HTML tags that accomplish this. The text between the lines of '=' characters is from your original post. The text that loads the pictures is between the pairs of <center> and </center> tags.
