AFTER A DOZEN REPAIRS AND MANY DOZENS OF BEERS THE 8N I BOUGHT A MONTH AGO HIT THE PASTURE WITH GREAT PRIDE! IT HAD SAT IN A FIELD FOR 2 YEARS AND THE EX OWNER SAID IT WOULD IDLE BUT NOT THROTTLE UP. UPON TEAR DOWN THANKS TO THIS BOARD I FOUND THAT THE VENTURI WAS MISSING FROM THE CARB. AFTER NEW LUGS,WIRES,RADIATOR,MANIFOLD,AND HOSES WE ARE ON THE ROAD. BY THE WAY THE MANIFOLD HAD SOME SLAG ON THE INSIDE WHICH CAUSED THE BUTTERFLY TO STICK WIDE OPEN. THANKS TO ALL WHO HELPED AND I HOPE TO BE ACTIVE ON THE BOARD IN THE FUTURE.
