carb is leaking fuel from bottom after trying to crank motor is float level off or what? ty for your help

Too much choke. Clean or replace your plugs, turn on the ignition, put the throttle at the half way position, start cranking then pull the choke after you start cranking.

That could be a number of things. Problems with the float, junk in the needle/seat, either way you probably need to open it up to see whats wrong unless you have choked it to much and then that will also happen. Ifs very easy to flood an 8N and if you do you also get the gas flow like that.
