Hello Everybody---fella is selling what he says is a Ferguson 3 Bottom Model 14R-AO-2. The 14-AO frame could be converted to a 3 Bottom, but the "R" has me stumped. Cant seem to locate this plow Model in the Manuals Either. Any imput on this would be appreciated--I will be sent pictures later this week and can maybe post some. Thanks, Tim

8Ner:

14R was the designation for Ferguson's 14" general purpose bottom, recommended for clover, timothy, alfalfa.

Jeff--thanks for IDing this # as a plow bottom--do you know anything about the 3 bottom conversion? In the manual it appears the "extra" bottom can be easily removed to make a 2 bottom without a lot of work--Appreciate your help.

I think you"re right, the third beam bolts right up to the 2-bottom"s rear beam. Then there"s a brace from the toplink frame back to the 3rd beam.
