This will probably only apply to people here in Texas, near Cleburne, 76031 zip code... but on a local trade/sale board a fellow had this posted.

FS: Continental Belton 4ft finish mower deck for tractor. Category I with 7/8" diameter shaft. Minor welding needed. $200 Cleburne 76031

Anyone interested let me know and I will reply to him on the other local board.

Well, Respectively Dell, did not expect you to even reply anyway since you are no where near Texas

I put in the header of the note that it was for possible interest for TEXAS people..

And you don't know, there maybe someone that needs a small mower like this..

You don't know the needs and wants for every one sir!

I had and used a 4' finish mower on my 8N. It didn't work very well behind the 8N. It would be great for one of those big garden tractors I've seen with a pto and 3pt lift. DON TX

Don't even bother. N-Tractors can eazily handle 6-ft finsh mowers. 4-ft finish mowers are for hardware store tractor wannna-bees..... ....respectfully, Dell

Hey, we Texans use those 4" finish mowers for swatting our mosquitos!

Good for knocking fire ant hills too. I use a 4' behind my 25 hp Kubota and like it. the Kubota would easily handle a 5' finish mower except in tall Bahia.
