Well I went out and checked compression on all cylinders and I now have around 90 PSI on each of them when the engine is cold. All 4 cylinders now fire, but it still smokes like a frieght train. Guess maybe I should change the oil, since I don't have a clue what weight oil is in there and I also know it has some tranny fluid, PB blaster and maybe even some turpentine in there. Oh well if some one doesn't go for my package deal I'll pull that engine and put it on the 9N that has the sherman and also when I do that I'll change the oil who knows it might slow down the smoke.

Right now it just loks like a bunch of parts. At one time it probably had a loader on it because it has the set up on the crank pulley to run a pump.
