Help!Question on stabilizer bars...8N

I bought a set of adjustable stabilizer bars at a flea market last weekend.The guy who sold them to me said they were for an 8N.As i walked around i had a couple offers to sell to other 8N owners.This made me feel confident they were indead for an 8N.HERE's my question,,where do the attach to the tractor?I know this must sound stupid,but i thought they would go on where the lift arms hook to the tractor,but the holes are'nt big enough and it don't look like there would be enough room if they were.Thanks for any help on this!
