Hi, I am in the process of taking the governor apart to replace the worn parts. I am having trouble knocking out the tapered pin holding the lever arm on the casing. Any suggestions. It is soaking right now, dont know if that will help. Seems like i remember a How To section on one of these sites with details on alot of neat stuff. Where is that site?

Thanks

Ralph, don't know why you would remove the arm unless it was leaking. Try n trac club on how to.

Yes the arm is leaking and real loose. There is so much play in it that I am not getting the full range of motion like it shoudl be. I presume there is a bearing or washer that has worn down inside.
