8n Front Wheel removel

Plowing snow and ice has damaged front valve stem.
How do I remove wheel?Have taken off lug bolts and removed axel hub cover.Must I remove axel nut too?

(1) Jack the front up good and solid, using jack stands under the front axle.
(2) Squirt some WD-40 around the wheel and let it soak into the rust.
(3) Remove the lug nuts.
(4) Put a two x four block against the inside of the tire rim, and bang on the wood block with a three-pound hammer. It'll come.

You should just remove the lugs. The wheel may be frozen on with rust. Whack it with a mallet, it should just pop right off. You don't have to remove the bearing nut to remove the wheel. Make sure you have the front of the tractor jacked and blocked so it don't fall on your tootisies.

All you need to do is remove the lug nuts. The wheel center may be frozen/rusted on to the hub... You may have to use a little persuasion.
