I have an 8N that leaks from both the piston and the valve. I can figure out how to put seals on the piston but am not sure how hard it is to repair the valve assymbly. It seems to lose most of the oil from the valve and will drop a bush hog in about 4 or 5 seconds once clutch is pushed in. How hard is it to repair the valve???? and is their any tricks you all have learned to make this easier to fix.

Thanks

I assume you are speaking of the relief valve???

It can be changed by removing the left side inspection plate and by using an 11/16" boxed end wrench that has been bent into a 90% shape so it will reach around the PTO shaft or by removing the PTO shaft so it will be more accesable.
