Hi again everyone:
I have a three point peiece of equipment that lacks the implement tag. I think it is a ferguson or dearborn implement but don't know for sure. I have checked with n newslaetter and archives but I can't locate any drag. The drag is a solid tooth (kind of looks like railroad spikes) spike and has like 5 bars of these teeth. There are two folding wings that are held in place by cables. I think the overall width of the implement with wings extend is like 18 feet. I am searching for an implement book on this piece of equipment. I am having a bit of a repair and adjustment think to do to this drag and it would help if I knew model # etc, it indeed it is a dearborn implement. Thanks again to all you people who respond to requests from us mechanically challenged people.

There is a book on Ford/Ferguson and Dearborn implements. they sell it on this site, I know Neil at www.n-series.com does sell it. I find it a very handy book. Well worth the price. the Listing in the appendix with model numbers is also handy.
Good Luck

We called the implement you describe a "harrow". I suppose it was technically a "drag harrow". We usually attached it directly behind the disk and it smoothed out the ground to make a prettier seed bed. I have used the single sections behind a garden tractor to do the same thing to my garden or incorporate grass seed that had been broadcast seeded. Good luck!
