What kind of set up do you have for a blade on a loader bucket? I would like to get some ideas for mine. It is a small bucket, about as wide as the inside of the front wheels of my 8N, and I would like to get a blade that would not be a chore to connect and disconnect and one that you could angle. Thanks.

plow mount to a bucket in reply to Wyo, 10-25-2006 14:29:38
I have one loader that uses a regular snowplow from a truck. We have a plate that bolts to the bottom of the bucket. The plate has four ears sicking up. Two on each side spaced far enough so that they can take one side of the plow mount between them. A hitch pin through the two ears and the plow mount on each side and the plow is on. The lift chain is hooked to the top of the bucket. I hope this helps you.

Drop me an e-mail and I'll send you a picture of my V plow set up. I liked the V plow better because it doesn't push the front of the tractor to one side or the other. I also have another blade that with a little work I could mount to a bucket but haven't done so since its set up for my Allis C
