I talked to my parents and they are alright. The Skykomism river is right across the hwy. from them. They have a creek behine their house. The creek is over its' banks and about 20 feet from the house. Said they should be alright.

Hope your parents are doing okay. East on 2 they've had some slides. I heard mile post 57. This flood's as bad as '90. The Snoqualmie is supposed to crest at 37' around midnight.
I'll post some pictures.

Doggy..... ..the south end of the Puget Sound is really getting the FULL effects of this pineapple express. Over 4-1/2" at McCord AFB (local official weather station) about 5mi from my RockyRidge SheepStation. I expect my seasonal watertable pond to start filling in the next couple of days. I am about 1-mi from Muck Creek (drains into Nisqually, which drains just north of Olympia) and don't expect flooding this far away. It may be over its banks, but I haven't felt the need to go check.

Goldbar is more central/northern Puget Sound but the Sky is always an easy flooder. TV is full of remotes of flooding everywhere. Predicting 8-15" more in the mountains but unfortunately, the freezing/snow level is 10,000ft and all the passes are about 3-4000ft. Mt Rainier is just over 14,000ft..... ..the wet Dell
