I know there is a tool forum on this site but the knowlege on this N board is massive. I need to replace the O-rings in my Purox CW-275 cutting torch & was wondering if they are just common O-rings or are they made of a special material? I hope somebody here can help me. Thank you in advance. Rusty

What they said: don't mess around with torch repairs; you rarely get a second chance.

Have you checked the nearest John Deere store? They have lots of welding parts. I remember seeing O-rings for cutting torches at the store here.

Don't run the risk of getting hurt. Find a reputable welding supply dealer and get the correct parts.

Man, I don't know about getting that kind of advice here. Don't you have a manual or a link to the manufacturer? Fella hereabouts blew himself to kingdom come a few years back with a leak on a torch outfit. Burned down the shop and killed him.
