Finally I started my work on my 9N . Start the work back to front, I have a bad oil lick in the back from the rear seals which i wanna take care first, I decide to go whit the Sure seals instated of braking collars and bearings and for sure they are the greatest. After i pull my hair out on the first one i come whit a simple but efficient idea to make it easy to install the seals , So fallow me: Got 2 piece 1/2" steel square stock approx 8-9 inch long , position the seal over the housing, have the steel on one side of the seal under the bolts, the bolts just start them on the first tread, do the same think on the opposite site ...tight the bolts uniformly in equal amount i dead 1/4 turn / bolt. Another tip : Don't fill up the seal whit grease , let same air in there if not they are a beach to drive in . I have a sketch i made , I have ti get a digital camera for the next time . Hope this tip helps . R

Here's the pic. Thanks for the post, I know I will need to do this on my 1939 9N in a few months.
