is it possible to have 6 or 7 internet ip address's 0n one computer? one person that post here doe's.

Yes, it is possible.
Internet Service Providers can use either
static or dynamic IP assignments in their network.
Dialup accounts automatically have a dynamic address.
They get a new IP address everytime they log on.
Broadband users can either be static or dynamic.
I can change my IP simply by unplugging my DSL modem
and then plugging it back in.

ISPs have to buy blocks of IP addresses for their
customers. If they use dynamic IP assignment
then they don't have to buy as many blocks.
Dynamic IP addressing lets them reuse IP addresses.
If they use static IP addressing then they have to
buy enough blocks so that every single customer
could be logged in all at the same time.
That doesn't happen in the real world so using
dynamic IP assignment lets them save money.

Within an isolated network, you can assign IP addresses at random as long as each one is unique. So probably he is in a network ??/

I guess it would depend on whether or not you are working at work or not.

For instance, I'm at home right now but tomorrow I'll be in Basel Switzerland on another computer but before I leave I might log on at work on a work computer. This is complicated.
