Ron, Click on "Start", "Run", then browse on your CD drive (D or E, usually) and find the .exe file. Click Ok and it should run. HTH

Something must be missing in my pc. I tried to click on 'brouse' from the run page, but the pop-up was empty. Anyway, I took Murn's suggestion and that one worked ok. Thanks for the post...Ron

Sorry, I'm not going to be much help. I sold my business in 1976 and most of my expertise was in 'tubed' and transistorized (hybred)sets. But, it really does sound like you have something loose in the back of the set. Be careful, you can get a nasty shock back there. Don't ask me how I know... Ron

My Hitachi has a button that will automatically adjust the color when pushed. If by chance you still have the manual check it to see if yours has that feature. I think it's called magic focus.
