I was debating what color i am going to paint the dash board , in the end he end up like this .., it has 3 coats of clear , bolts are stainless (except one ,i end up short )which i grained and polish .. one thick ,,, dam bolts destroyed my grinding wheels.

It's done , Dunk that's the finish product 3 coats of clear rustoleum .

What did he use to make those swirls on the metal.

I would like to do some of that as a touch up on my allis instrument backing.

@ Henry M I used a heavy duty wire brush in my drill press after i send nice the steel , the brush is only 1 " diameter . @Dell .. It reminds my to a Fire Engine :::))) Thanks all for the words.
