8n 3pt. hitch troubles

I have a 8n 52 yr.md. The hitch will lift some times and then not at all with any amount of wieght on it.I have pulled the side cover off and can see no leaks of any type. I have felt around relief valve and didn't fell any oil bypassing thur it. Got any suggestions?

If you are sure you know to always have your PTO engaged, and yor clutch out, when you want the lift to operate...

New clean Ford/NewHolland 134D in your tranny and rear end, considering you don't seem to have any leaks.

It would take a brave man to stick their hand in there and feel around that relief valve with it running in my opinion.

Hey Dunk, If you drain the oil down and look you can still touch valve without tearing your hand off. Like I said there is no oil coming from anywhere.
