Can I Just turn the engine over and it will get all the tranny fluid out or do I need to wash it out some how?
I think some of the tranny fluid got into the exhaust system is that going to harm it?

As Rusty says. Just pull the plugs out and spin it over good. It will make a mess but not hurt any thing by making the mess. Then just put the plugs back in and start it up. Ya it will smoke for a minute or 2 but thats ok since it will clear up fast. It will also burn out of the exhaust as it runs which is also ok. Oh one more thing don't stand behind it or have it sitting some place that the tranny fluid from the exhaust will be hurt by the tranny fluid spraying out of the exhaust. Or in other words don't park it so your wifes car is right behind it or you might be in the dog house a day or 3 LOL

Crank the engine over several revolutions with the spark plugs removed, and then you should be good to go. It will smoke quite heavily for a few seconds, and then should clear up.
