3 Position Rocker Confusion

I can't figure why OW will lift the MX6 when the top link is in the ill advised top hole of my rocker so very well and only slightly in the middle hole, and only the front of the bush hog in the proper bottom hole. It has to have something to do with the angle I figure, but I can't get a handle on just what to do about it and how to fix it. I am using a TSC Quick Hitch, and it is starting to look suspect. My next step is to try my JD iMatch QH on OW and see if there might be a difference that I can't see when I compare the two. I have adjusted the length of the top link to cover all possibilities. I could use some guru insight here in 3-pointdom.

Did you adjust the quick hitch where the top link connects to it? It is adjustable, right?

Yep I adjusted the height of the top hook to fully engage all three points, also compared it to the JD iMatch and it measured the same within 1/4". I think it"s just too heavy. No one will fess up to using a HD 6" bush hog like this MX6. A Squealer is much lighter and much less of a bush hog, but it may be what I have to do to get a 6" behind OW.
