Well folks, I hitched OW to the big utility trailer last night and pulled it up front (from out back where it was too soft and wet to take the truck) so I could go pick up a '49 8N this morning that I'm gonna try to do a quick fix on. This is the church's '49 8N that has not wanted to turn left for many years, and will soon get new wheel bearings and spindle bushings (badly needed), new drag links (replacing old style welded links) and a steering box rebuild. It has the same steering box as my NAA, so I have been here before and hope to make quick work of this. I did some painting and prep work on the new parts yesterday, so this morning I can get right after it. When this is done, or maybe before if it doesn't go as planned, I need to pull that new primed sheet metal off OW and take it to the paint shop for finishing, and after that, OW gets a new bush hog, and after that, it will be time to mow 55+ acres again. Does that sound like a lot to get done in a one week vacation? It didn't to me, until I wrote it down...

Y'all pray for me, I'm going N!

You'll have no problem with that box - probably have it done within a day. Taking all the stuff off to get to the box - now that is the real work :-)

Good luck, hope you do not find any "surprises".

Dan
