My Jubilee runs great for 10 minutes then under load it wants to die.
I have determined a fuel flow problem.
The fuel lines pours like "a cow pissing on a flat rock" up to the carb,
then after the carb fuel flows ok for 30 seconfds then trickles.
I cleaned out fuel filter and will now dissasemble carb and clean it out good.
Possibly a clog somewhere? Has anyone come across this problem?
Any clues to speed up the process???
Thanks!!

pull out the main adjusting needle on the carb, and the drain plug at the bottom of carb and blow a half can of carb cleaner in at the top and let it run out the bottom. RP

And is this with the fuel cap ON the tank or OFF?

Try the "flow check" with the cap OFF and if it does not slow down, it is a vent problem... mud daubers or something....

Good Luck duey

Hey,
Thanks for the tip.
I never thought of that but it was with the cap on that the fuel flowed fast, it just flows fast up to the inlet to the carb, after i put the line back on the carb it trickles.
I cleaned the inlet filter so it must be a clog in the carb somewhere.
thanks....

Hi Dell,
Yes i know, as I have rebuilt before, so i did clean that one out real good, its just somewhere in the carb, so i'm cleaning it out right now so i'll check it tonight, it must just be a clog somewhere.

Not much between the carb fuel inlet elbo an dthe carb bowl except a flaot needle and seat.. that tells you where to look.
