Smokey Mountain Knife works sells these screwdrivers for a very reasonable price. (12.99 for a 30 pc kit). Obviously you can make your own, but here they are ready made for you if you preffer. If you search their web page they have several other options if this isn't what you want.

Tim..... ..would it surprize you to learn its NOT the rubber tip needle, its the 2-slot valve seat. You really haffta HONK-DOWN on it to seal BEHIND the valve.

I bought an el-cheapo squareshank WIDE-BLADE screwdrive that I HOLLOW-GROUND with grinder to fit the slotted valve seat tightly in BOTH NOTCHES. The square-shank allows me to use an crescent wrench for leverage so I can really "HONK" her down tight. You haffta "HOLLOW-GRIND" the blade to gitt a square side flatblade 'cuz iff'n you leave it normally "wedge" shaped, you will BUGGER yer valve seat slotts. Understand???

You can also get "hollow-ground" screwdrivers already ground, they are called "gun-smithing" screwdrivers. I have never found them locally 'cuz they are very special and have wooden handles. $$$ Gunnys gitt nutts about scratched screw-heads.

As to yer vicron-tip needle, you need to "polish" the rubber by "twirling it" around in the seat. You will end-up with a slight ring around the tip..... ..Dell

This is what Dell is referring to. Notice the shape of the tips. They get a good "purchase" in the slot of the screw & as Dell says; you can really "honk down" on the screw.
