Beverage holder on tractor?

I'd like to come up with something to hold a water bottle in easy reach when I'm operating my 8n. I have a 'spare' hole in the top of my left rear fender or I could mount something under the bracket that holds my sun canopy to the rear fenders. I've thought about something as simple as drilling a bean can and bolting it to the fender. Not secksy but utilitarian.
I know many of you must have done something like this.
Ideas?

BTW, the first time I tried to send this, the board censors kicked it out for the use of inappropriate words! The only thing I saw that they could possibly be talking about was the correctly spelled version of "secksy." Although it could have been the word "rear."

Here is a pic of my cupholder. It has been great now for @ a year. 1 plastic tie and the cutout for the handle. It doesn't jiggle or bounce. HTH

If the desire is for water, you could purchase a hydration pak, as used by our soldiers and outdoorsman. Probably not as workable for adult beverages.

A friend of mine has a coffee can bolted on the side of his Farmall 450 for a cup/bottle holder. It was on it when he got the tractor and when we painted it he said to leave it on so I did. Even has a slot cut in the side for a cup handle to fit in

Ken....I came up w/ this using a boat drink holder & a piece of electrical conduit strap:

Worked fine & didn't require drilling any new holes in bodywork.

How about a magnet used for a welder groung - fasten anything to it and stick it anywhere you want. (unless you have a lot of body filler or fiberglass on your "N")

Well, I have one on my N! It is a juice can, one of the 1-quart ones. Opened it and added a few holes in the bottom to drain out any moisture that would otherwise accumulate in there. Installed it on the screw that was used to add the cyclone pre-filter in place of the intake screen. Cost me less than a buck, full of juice. I maintain a couple of plastic drinkin" containers in my freezer full of water, which I sip on when usin" the tractor. Also works for coke, beer, mixed drinks, etc. However, these usually come in smaller containers, which tends to drop down into the can. Maybe I should rig up another unit 4 dese, hehehe. I had a fantasy about gettin" one of them there "Bar Bouys", but have spaced it out! Tha advantage of the USED quart juice can..it is expendable! CC

Oh, and just so you know... I did check the archives. There are some decent ideas there but I was hoping for a really outstanding idea.
I do like the idea of the PVC, Ramrod. I could paint it to match the tractor!

my IH worker had three holes in the fender in a triangle pattern of unknown origin..I had some 3" muffler tubing,so I cut a slice of that, welded some tabs on it to match the bolt pattern in the fender..cut the head off of a 1/4" bolt and welded it across the bottom to keep the bottle from falling thru..works really well and gets used all the time..

I've seen them made from a piece of PVC pipe with a cap on the bottom and holes drilled to let it drain. It can be bolted down through the bottom cap and painted to match.
