I hate to expose my absolute ignorance, but what and where is this "NEW" forum? I've been reading, replying, and posting for several years, and know of no other forum from YT.

Looks like they go both ways - that's what I would expect since the messages are just text data you input. However the HTML engine appears to be a all different and one of my image links didn't work in the new view.

But one of the first things I noticed about the "modern" view is that messages are sorted by last post date. So topics that continue to get new responses stay on top - I much prefer that. The rest not so much.

Hobo---did you change anything at all, or do anything different today on how you posted this?

I noticed under your name/profile, that it shows that you are "new" member effective today, with a history of only 1 post.

Under my profile, it shows that my forum membership started on Jan.3 of this year---makes me feel much younger, when I in fact, have been "learning" on this forum for almost 3 years---Tim

I see this message in both views. I think they synced it yesterday, and it is hot today. I didn't even notice it was there until you posted. FYI, everybody look for the link at top right to switch views.

From what I was told a month ago when they got this all set up you can post in either one and it will show up in both if they can get it to work right. Sound send me an e-mail and I can tell you more about it and a plan or 2
