RJ..... .asked and answered many times in "archives" at the top of this great N-Borad.

But for you special..... ..use yer tranny input shaft. Just remove 4-bolts and vola', yer clutch disk centering tool. And while you have yer tranny input shaft out, REPLACE yer tranny input shaft seal $3 (cheap). Simple, eh?

Oh yeah, look closely at yer clutch disk hub, it is non-symmetrical. Long side facing tranny. Tighten clutch pressure plate bolts, 18ft/lbs after centering disk. I lightly sand the polished pressure plate and engine flywheel clutch facings, no need to have them resurfaced for tractor operations. Simple, eh?..... ...Dell

Remove the transmission input shaft and use it. It's simple, quick, cheap, and will allow you to replace the shaft seal while you have the tratcor split.

Just removed one and it wasn't quite as simple as some say it is..Had to do some bumping and pulling and begging to get it to come out. I was beginning to think I had misunderstood something.
But it did come out and I did replce the input seal and the flange gasket. Will be doing the same clutch kit, tranny seal and whole deal to mine in a few days/weeks or whenever I feel like I feel like fooling with it. I use to look for things to do now I don't look 'cause I'm afraid I will see something to do.
