When I engage the PTO anf let the clutch out I can pick up the 3-point. if I then push in the clutch the 3-point goes to the ground. I have replaced the 3 rings and honed the cylinder. Back check valve stuck in the pump or what? Any advise would help. DCR

yes, it sounds like your safty valve is leaking.
Hitch should NOT drop just cause you push in the clutch, it should hold position.

If you have an N, then what you are describing is normal. The N does not have live hydraulics. I believe Mr Zane has a gizmo setup kit that will allow you to have live hydraulics.
