ok, when i bought my dearborn plow last year it came with an extra set of plow shares. the points are far more aggressive than the dearnborns. also, it may or may not make a difference but they are red(old) and stamped as follows on the back: 21 H3927

i googled these numbers and nuffin comes up. anybody be able to recognize those numbers or know how to identify them?

It looks like a slat bottom share, one of the numbers should be 612, 614 or 616 solid on the back.

All Dearborn Economy Model Plow shares are available from Osmudson, 12"; 14" and 16". If not try the ADS section for SCOTT (PA) at Sweigard Bros and he"ll hook you up. I see TSC sells them too and you might try your local AG dealer or CNH dealer. You cross reference the original Ford/Dearborn part number...hth

i looked up what i think is correct on tsc for this dearborn plow. item #1014222 but it cannot be correct because that item is around $12 - $13.
here is a pic of my plow share. it bent when i hit a rock this spring and i want to either bend it back or replace it. if i heat it and bend it back i will take the hardness out and i am not sure how to "harden" it again. any ideas?
