The easiest way is to probably hire it done.. course.. that's the most expensive way to.

What's wrong with the pedal that you want it replaced? Cosmetic issue, or did it break?.. etc.

if broke.. i think I'd weld it and then gusset it up.

Otherwise plan on disassembling r-side brakes.. also.. if it is like the pedal on the hundred series.. it is keyed to the shaft it rides on.. etc..

The inner inch or so rusted away and then the guy I bought it from welded a small metal replacement piece onto it. The left brake pedal and the clutch are the same way but seem pretty easy to replace. I guess the real problem is where the left and right pedals come together, there is a pretty good size gap. My foot can nearly go through. I have the diagram in the shop manual and have Googled a bit but am not finding an easy solution.

Hmm.. I'm not sure i have ever seen that amount of rust on any of the foot pedals.. that they would actually diminish that drastically in size..

Still.. if it were me.. i think I'd weld them up and then grind them to look pretty..

( I've been called 'cheap' before.. though... )

I'm guilty of both of those.. as well as using old inner tube and cardboard box as gasket material!!
