1964 ford 4000 4cyl 4sp . 3 point won't lift as much weight as it use to.. I was told it was the pump so I had it totally rebuilt. ($400.00) got great psi(2500) but still won't lift more the a small blade.. it use to pick up front wheels.. Any suggestions? are there some more pop off valves. and where might they be located?? Thanks Randy

Remove the fill plug from top of lift section.

Look at the back of the ram cylinder with an implement trying to lift on the three point hitch. If you see a steady stream of oil coming out the back of the ram cylinder the O rings in the cylinder are shot. Replace them.
