I am planning on using a 5" mower behind my 9N. Questions:Do I need stabilizer bars? What do they look like? Where do I find them? How do you install them?
I know that's a lot ask, but I'd like to do it right. Thanks

Ditto what Ross said.

You get the '2' angle iron brackets and attach them using the fender bolts.. angled in.. Put the little lift pins on em in the holes that line up straight in line with your 3pt lift arm pins.. then attach your 2 fixed stabilizer arms tot he pins inthe brackets and then to your lift pins on the implement.. put in lynch pins all around and you are good to go.

Brackets and arms are about 8$ each.. so figure 36$ by the time you buy a couple extra lynch pins and pay the gov'nr.

You absolutely need sstabilizer bars to run a mower or bushhog in a safe manner. You can buy everything you need at Tractor Supply Store. They keep the mower from swinging side to side behind your tractor and prevent your lift arms from getting into your rear wheels, as you turn.

Thanks for the advice guys. I go right by the Tractor Supply Store on weekends when I go shooting Sporting Clays. I'll pick up what I need and see if I can follow your mounting instructions.
Have a great day
