When I pull my hand throttle down on my 9n ford I don't have the power that I used to have. The power is their when I when I move the connections between the governor and the carburetor. Would this be the governor going out, and if so is their a adjustment on the governor

Have you checked for vacuum leaks between manifold/block and manifold/carb? Sounds like you might be sucking air.

Also, Is there any difference in how it runs with the breather tube off the carb?

I have on a new intake manifold and carburetor. When I cracked my intake next to the carburetor the motor would stay at a high r.p.m. from sucking air. But now that I changed and put on new parts it has no power. The hand trottle will not go all the way up or down. It wants to return to the middle of the lever.

The power increase's to about half of what it should be. I cracked the intake about a month ago and replaced it. When the manifold cracked next to the carburator everything started. My hand throttle only move's half of what it should.I have a new intake manifold and a new carburator and it didn't help. When the levers in the low or high possition it wants to return to the middle running at a medium speed.
