I am rebuilding my howse harrow.Took it all apart and found that the dics were spinning on the spindles
so I welded up the spindles and replaced two dics ( I already had a couple here). I also found that I had four worn out pillar blocks
and two spools. OK now heres the question I need a better grease, something that will stay between the pillars and lube the spools any Ideas? currently I am using a heavy duty automotive chassis lube. They do have grease zerts on one half of the pillars, I"m thinking I might drill and install zerts on the other half. Maybe that would help. Ok what do you think?

every disk i've owned or worked on had zerks in both halves...and they dont line up...the halves have zerks on opposite sides...if you tried to put the zerks together thats whats wrong.
