My 2n is missing the grille and I was going to make one out of some scrap metal I have lying around instead of buying a new one (I'm not restoring this thing anytime in the near future.)

I was wondering if anyone might have some rough designs/blueprints. Thanks.

Why not get one on Ebay? They have the cheaper ones that aren't for restoration for about $45...The good ones are $150.

It's a decent grille, better than cobbling up some nasty looking thing...third party image

if your not resoting it to original or show condition just make it to fit what you want if all it has to do is run for that matter two pieces for threaded rod and sum chicken wire and fine mesh window screen would work

One of the best looking home made grills i have seen was a old metal shelf out of a frigerator.
cut bent into Shape, looked rite sharp, custom bar grill folks pay big bucks for.
