Well I have been playing with it today. #1 and #3 cylinder have compression but #2 and #4 have exhaust valve sticking open. I also had to prime the oil pump, I cheated when I did that by pouring oil into the oil gauge line and when spinning over it has a round 20PSI. Carb needs rebuilt because it leaks from just about every where on it. Also has a bad oil leak from some place in the front of the engine so I guess I'll have to figure that one out also. Any ideas of where it might be leaking from. Its low on the engine and up front?? It did try to start on the 2 cylinders till it shot flames out of the exhaust and lit the carb area up. That was fun putting out but what the heck thats why I use a 1 QT fuel tank for a starter tank.

Oil leak...You've probably already checked this, but when I brought my 9N home, it was leaking oil around the oil pan lip. A couple of the bolts were so loose that they could almost be turned by hand.

Nope hadn't check that when I had posted this. But I just pulled the carb off to rebuild it and said what the heck I'll check a couple of the pan bolts. Yep you guessed it they where loose and I even found a couple missing
