Price seem's a bit high $3750.00. All new tin and piston and rings....He lapped the valves...Sounds like a partial rebuild. No mention of the crank or bearings...Didnt here it run...just pulled over for a look third party image

Had a plumbed test port third party image

Tires had tread but were big time weather cracked,,,

Passed one last year and turned around. 8N in avg condition with bush hog. $6000. 5 minutes of my life that were wasted. There is a 9N a couple of towns over with a FEL. No price. I looked at it and got the number but haven't called it.
